The cookies are all baked! :)
(Translation...If I never see my oven again, it will be too
soon!)
The tree is up and the presents are wrapped...
(I was still at the mall
yesterday. I ache all over!)
...and glittery bits of Christmas are sprinkled about the
house!
(I broke way too many balls this year!)
Now that the rush to get everything done is just about over, it's time to
enjoy the holiday (get a little sleep!) and make some happy memories! ;)
When my sister and I were little, we loved these ornaments.
They were our favorites, and each year we'd fuss about the tree making sure
that each one was placed in just the perfect spot ... always near a little twinkle light, and not just any twinkle light, one that
matched the color of the ornament it was lucky enough to be shining on! Such a
sweet memory!
This year I opened the box, smiled as I reminisced about how we cherished them, then carefully tucked them into my hutch. I broke so many balls decorating the tree this year, I'm not taking
any chances with these! ;)
Wishing you a very Merry Christmas! xo

Love,
Paulette
